“From coral reefs to deserts, we work to protect the lands and waters that plants and animals need to survive—for us and for future generations,” according to the Nature Conservancy’s website.
There is somebody on your side, planet. They really care about preserving your wild open spaces and the animals that live in them. They’ve got your back and go toe-to-toe with polluters and wasters. They are out there fighting the good fight.
Quite honestly, The Nature Conservancy’s goal is to safeguard the planet so that it can heal from harmful chemicals, pesticides, mismanaged farming practices and global warming. It’s a very tall order, but they are up to the task.
With branches all over the world, they are constantly looking for appropriate lands to preserve and organizations to partner with. Thankfully, there is a large base of donors and members to buoy them along on their mission.
